Outdoor public art is often cast in bronze using what is known as the lost-wax process. Brad Bourgoyne, whose artwork is on view in the Soupçon Gallery as part of From Clay to Bronze Revisited, will discuss this age-old casting method and the possibilities offered by incorporating 3D computer technology with this practice. Farmers and food artisans will have a wide selection of root vegetables, leafy greens, wild-caught shrimp & fish, vegetable plants, native wines, prepared soups, jasmine rice, fresh eggs, artisan breads, baked sweets and more.
