Creative Roc As a collaborative workspace for the multi-talented professionals of the world, Creative Roc wants to open up their studio to the musically talented as well. Creative Roc is a public jam session held every third Thursday of the month in the Creative Bloc Studio and is open to the public for local musicians to showcase their skills.

Unified Relay Across America From June 13th - 19th, you can take part in the Unified Relay Across America as it passes through Louisiana! This event will unify the nation as it delivers the Flame of Hope to Los Angeles for the Special Olympics World Games. A. Hays Town Exhibition The opening reception for the exhibit The Enduring Architecture of A. Hays Town will take place June 17th from 5:30-7:30PM. Signed copies of The Louisiana Houses of A. Hays Town by Cyril Vetter and Philip Gould will be available for purchase. There will also be several showings of the documentary 1000 Homes: The Legacy of A. Hays Town. Food and drink are provided. Tomato Me Crazy at the Market Red Stick Farmers Market honors the Louisiana tomato with the annual Tomato Me Crazy celebration this Saturday. Market shoppers are encouraged to put in a guess for the popular "Count the Tomatoes" contest with a chance to win a gift certificates to local restaurants Ruffino's and the Little Village. Enjoy tomato tastings as well as tomato-themed giveaways at the Market Information Booth throughout the morning. At 10AM, chef Brant Palazzo of D'Angelo's Restaurant will offer recipe suggestions using local tomatoes during the Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration inside Main Street Market. Kids can also enjoy a tomato arts project as part of the Red Stick Sprouts program as well as face painting throughout the morning.
