Downtown - LSU Home Game Shuttle Returns!
The Downtown Business Association is providing limited shuttle bus service to/from Downtown to the LSU football stadium for the home football games.

Tickets will go on sale Friday morning at 10:00am, September 11th for this weekend's game.
Ticket prices for the round trip will be $18.00 each.

All tickets must be purchased from Hilton Hotel's front desk at 201 Lafayette Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70801, (225) 344-5866.

Kick-off is 6:00 p.m. and busses will begin leaving the Hilton at 3:30 pm with the last bus leaving at 5:00 p.m. or sooner if it fills up. The last bus will depart Tiger Stadium 30 min. after the end of the game to return to the Hilton Hotel.

This Friday will mark the beginning of the next exciting live music concert series of Live After Five. In our efforts to keep Downtown Baton Rouge an attractive place to be; we are seeking volunteers to team up with the City of Baton Rouge to help clean up Downtown. Volunteers will meet at 4 p.m. in Galvez Plaza near the site of Live After Five. Supplies such as gloves and garbage bags will be provided. Mayor Holden is captain of the "Trash Busters" team in a parish wide Pick-Up Challenge led by the Mayor and Secretary of State Jay Dardenne. Councilwoman Wicker is a member of Dardenne's "Litter Getters" team.
