Produced by the Downtown Business Association, Live After Five (#LA5) is recognized as the longest running, most successful outdoor concert series in the history of Baton Rouge, seeing an estimated 100,000 attendees per year. Due to construction around North Boulevard Town Square the Fall 2016 season will be temporarily located at Repentance Park, behind the Old State Capitol, off of River Road. Now, in its eighteenth season, LA5 was awarded the BEST COMMUNITY EVENT in the Greater Baton Rouge Area by 225 Magazine in 2014, 2015 and 2016. LA5 is not just a Downtown event, but a destination for the Greater Baton Rouge community, and its surrounding parishes. The concert is FREE, just bring your dancing shoes, and be ready to start your weekend the Louisiana way!
