from beneath the approach to the I-10 bridge

The event is expected to draw thousands and fill the River Center garages. Once the garages are full, police officers will direct motorists down Government Street to St. Phillip Street to South Boulevard where they can park beneath the approach to the Interstate 10 bridge. Free Shuttle buses will run between the I-10 parking area and the River Center.
