The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge along with a collective of community partners, artists, dancers, filmmakers, musicians and volunteers will come together to host a celebration of the cultural vibrancy of Baton Rouge. The aim is to give the festival an international sensibility by spotlighting the Capital Region's economic and ecological connection to the Mississippi River in conjunction with the culture and traditions of Brazil and the great Amazon River.
