Cam Pyle @ Roux House
Soulhaven started in late 2007 as a split off from the Cam Pyle Band in Baton Rouge, La. The band maintains the fun, party atmosphere, and has supplemented the set list with a more soulful side also. A fantastic rhythm section, electric and acoustic guitars, and guitar synthesizer make up the framework of the band. Sometimes Soulhaven brings in horn players like Duane Huff and percussion players like Mike Tramonte to further layer the sound. A unique twist in all the Soulhaven material reminds people why they leave the house to hear live music!!!
