The second annual 'We Live It' Downtown Distinction award campaign continues to recognize downtown businesses and organizations for their outstanding efforts to beautify and maintain their exteriors. Each month an awardee will be recognized and at the end of twelve months, the people will vote for their favorite!

HILTON - DECEMBER / HOSPITALITY CATEGORY
The Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center is located in the heart of downtown adjacent to the Mississippi River, Shaw Center, and Raising Cane's River Center, less than five minutes to the Louisiana State Capitol and three miles from Louisiana State University. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of the first historic buildings to be renovated in Downtown Baton Rouge



FUMC EARLY LEARNING CENTER - JANUARY / EDUCATION CATEGORY
The First United Methodist Early Learning Center is a non-profit ministry that is dedicated to providing quality care and education to young children within a Christian environment. It is conveniently located near I-110 on North Boulevard and provides child care services to many downtown parents.
