Last week at the 2019 American Planning Association - Louisiana Chapter conference (APA-LA), the organization recognized allied professionals that are committed to community planning. Davis Rhorer, DDD Executive Director, was recognized as an 'Outstanding Community Administrator' for his 32 years of service as a prominent advocate for the planning profession. During his leadership, several major planning initiatives aimed at transforming the face of downtown and redefining the area as a destination for residential and commercial development have been implemented.
