Baton Rouge's Official New Year's Eve celebration, now in its seventh year, begins at 8:00pm on Tuesday, December 31st on The Crest Stage in City Hall Plaza, adjacent to City Hall, and concludes when the Red Stick drops at midnight in the North Boulevard Town Square.
