With these changing times, Chow Main has flipped the script on their original restaurant concept on Main Street. Flexibility is the name of the game, and Chow Main has redesigned the menu to be quick and delicious while also extending their hours!

The sandwich forward menu will expand beyond the Bahn Mi sandwich into countless Asian style sandwiches which will include the Pickled Saigon Piggy, Kimchi Kowboy, and Eden's Garden just to name a few.

Phase I of the new menu will include six sandwiches, one soup, and loaded fries (all bread will be sourced from Dong Phuong out of New Orleans). The complete menu will be released soon.
