Congratulations to three outstanding Downtown Baton Rouge developments that have received well-deserved recognition at the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition's Good Growth Awards. These awards celebrate initiatives that elevate development standards in Baton Rouge by embracing smart growth principles and innovative property reuse. Among the winners are The Arts Council of Baton Rouge's Cary Saurage Community Arts Center, enhancements made to the Raising Cane's River Center Theatre, and the impressive Rivermark Centre. With 20 nominations considered, these developments stand out for their contribution to the city's growth and revitalization. Kudos to these deserving downtown recipients!

Join us for the holiday magic at North Boulevard Town Square for the Downtown Festival of Lights on Friday, December 1st, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.! Experience the lighting of a 35-foot Christmas tree with a dazzling fireworks display. Enjoy free ice skating, play in ten tons of actual snow at the Snow Village, and be entertained by holiday performers, including Krampus, Jack Frost, Santa's elves, and Santa himself!
