Downtown Baton Rouge is gearing up for an exciting lineup of spring festivals and events from February to March. Notable highlights include the lively 225 Fest on February 25th, the colorful Holi Festival on March 9th, and the longstanding 44th Annual Louisiana Sportsman Show running from March 1st to 3rd. On March 23rd, fitness enthusiasts can participate in the YMCA Corporate Cup 5K Run/Walk, while foodies can savor the Red Beans and Rice Festival on the same day. Closing out the month is LifeFest on March 30th, an annual gospel festival that is free to the public. With a diverse range of offerings, from cultural festivities to outdoor expos, there's something for everyone to enjoy downtown this spring. The Downtown Development District website now features an expanded commercial properties database, thanks to a collaboration with the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB)! This partnership offers users a comprehensive platform for accessing a wide range of commercial real estate listings, facilitating informed decisions for investors, developers, and businesses seeking downtown locations. With detailed listings and easy search functionality, the DDD's enhanced database streamlines the process of finding office space, retail locations, or investment opportunities in downtown areas.
