The DDD is proud to announce the appointment of Iboro Udoh, DDD Development Project Director, as a member of the EBR Complete Streets Advisory Committee!
Reflecting on this opportunity, Iboro shared, "I am grateful to be appointed to the Complete Streets Advisory Committee. This initiative is vital in offering safe and accessible transportation options to citizens of all ages and abilities. I look forward to contributing to the development of streets and paths that truly serve the needs of everyone in our community."

As we celebrate Black Business Month, we're honored to highlight Darius Bonton, the founder of Bonton Associates. Bonton Associates is an engineering firm founded by Darius in 2012, located in the heart of the Central Business District. Darius established Bonton Associates with a vision to build stronger infrastructure for the city and state.
With his brother Marcus Bonton and Michael Ellis now serving as principals of the firm alongside him, the trio embodies a shared commitment to the city's growth and well-being. Under Darius' guidance and the work of his staff, Bonton Associates has earned a reputation as a reliable and innovative partner in infrastructure and development.
Darius reflects on the respect he feels as a business owner in a supportive and thriving community. He credits his success not just to hard work, but to the unique talents of his staff, whose individual skillsets are showcased in every project they undertake.
To young entrepreneurs, Darius offers advice: understand the value of the services you provide and the impact they have, and never stop learning. In a rapidly changing business landscape, continuous education is key to staying ahead and making meaningful contributions.
