International Guitar Night

Preservation Salon: Weatherizing Older Buildings

Music at Mid-Day
Free lunchtime concerts beginning at noon each Wednesday will feature local musicians, student ensembles, professional musicians and a wide variety of music from Classical to Standards, Blues, Jazz and Americana. Downtown patrons interested in attending can bring their own lunch or order takeout from any downtown area restaurant.

Red Stick Farmer's Market
Join host chef Celeste Gill and chefs from the Louisiana Culinary Institute this Saturday for the Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration. Be at the North Street entrance to the Market at 10 AM to see the demonstration and taste a sample of the dish. Kids will enjoy fun art activities in the Kids Korner from 9-11 AM on Saturday. The Kids Korner is located inside the fenced booth at the Main Street end of Main Street Market. The Red Stick Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 8AM-12PM at the corner of Main and Fifth Streets.
