Neighborhood Block Party
Enjoy food and wine tasting, tours of Hotel Indigo and LSU Museum of Art, bicycle tours of Arsenal Park, and a silent auction at the Neighborhood Block Party benefitting LSU Museum of Art and Manship Theatre. A Night at the LA State Museum
The Inaugural Annual Louisiana State Museum FRIENDS' fundraiser is a perfect blend of local art and culture with a historical twist. While guests are enjoying wine and beer and the unique delicacies by Heirloom Cuisine, they will be interacted with by some of Louisiana's historical characters coming to life right out of the Museum. Visitors entering the Museum will be given a unique Passport to take a journey through all the Museum's lively exhibits and be entered in a prize drawing. There will be live music and lots of fun along with amazing live and silent auction items. Shoppers Annual Tomato Me Crazy event! Put your guess in the "Count the Tomatoes" contest for a chance to win tomato prizes! Kathleen Cooper of Forte Grove will lead a special tomato canning demonstration at 9 AM inside Main Street Market. Stick around for the Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration at 10 AM as Josh Couvillion of Oscar's Pizza offers recipe ideas for fresh summer tomatoes. There will also be face painting for the kids and live zydeco music by Mel Chavis! The market takes place every Saturday from 8AM-12PM at Fifth and Main Streets.

Happy Movers - Explore Yoga, Zumba & Dance
A week of movin' and groovin' with Yoga, Hip Hop, Dance Improv and Zumba. Each class is created especially for kids and taught by trained professionals.
