USS KIDD
1:55p.m. Memorial Service
A memorial service will be held aboard the USS KIDD (DD-661) to honor the memory of the thirty-eight (38) crewmen killed when a Japanese kamikaze struck the ship off the coast of Okinawa on this date in 1945. The service begins at 1:55 p.m. and is open to the public.
