YMCA Spring Outdoor Fitness Series / Karmady Yoga

This spring the Downtown Development District is partnering with the YMCA and Karmady Yoga to bring free outdoor health classes to downtown. Starting Monday April 9th at 5:15PM, downtown's new North Boulevard Town Square will be a hub for physical outdoor activity. The YMCA will provide FREE Zumba classes on Mondays and Wednesdays while Karmady Yoga will continue offering their FREE class on Tuesdays at 4:45PM just before Happy's Running Club gets going at 6PM.

Come stop by after work and enjoy the beautiful weather while getting a great workout. The Downtown Development District invites everyone to get fit, Downtown!

Zumba - YMCA Spring Outdoor Fitness Series

Karmady Yoga
Whether you are interested in flexibility, strength, stress reduction or balance, this class will help you learn in a non-threatening way. The session will close with an emphasis placed on relaxation and allowing a restoration of the body and mind. Props are provided if you don't have your own.
