Live after Five Kicks the Weekend Off Tonight @ 5PM
Live after Five in Downtown Baton Rouge is the capital city's premier FREE live music event, hosted by the Downtown Business Association at Galvez Plaza in the new North Boulevard Town Square. The spring season of Live after Five kicks off this Friday with Lil' Band o' Gold. They feature some of the most influential musicians to ever have emerged from America's most important musical state. The outfit was assembled by vocalist and guitarist CC Adcock, who searched the swamps and flatlands of South Louisiana to form a band of his childhood heroes.

Also, don't miss Artist Christopher Turner, fresh from the NCAA tournament, painting live tonight to benefit CATS.
