Kids Rule the Movies at Manship Theatre
Join Manship Theatre each Wednesday in June as they present four films that became instant cartoon classics. Every movie ticket includes one bag of popcorn, choice of water or juice and a sweet snack! Kids are encouraged to wear their bathing suits to play in the fountains after the show. This week Manship Theatre is screening the film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs , a film based on the classic children's tale where food rains from the sky!

Sunday in the Park
Sunday in the Park returns! The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge announces a special summer 2012 installment of the Sunday in the Park Concert Series, "Summer in the Park." Sunday in the Park is a series of FREE outdoor concerts held in North Boulevard Town Square in downtown Baton Rouge. Four concerts will be held from 12PM until 3PM on Sunday afternoons on June 10, 17, 24, and July 1. This week, Sunday in the Park features the 21st Century Band.

Red Stick Farmers Market: Corn and Squash-tastic
The Markets celebrate Corn & Squash-Tastic with a special Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration from Maureen Joyce of MJ's Café. Join Maureen at 10AM in the North Street seating area of Main Street Market to discover one of her delicious fresh and local soup recipes. Farmers will feature fresh corn and summer squash and shoppers can stop by the hospitality booth to view the many varieties of summer squash grown in Louisiana.
