Touchdown Express Shuttle
The Capital Area Transit System is providing transportation to and from all 2012 LSU home football games. For only $4, fans can be picked up in North Boulevard Town Square as well as other locations around the city. The shuttle will run 4hrs before the games and 1hour after. Show up early in Town Square for LSU music, college football on the big screen and activities for the kids!

Pastime Gameday Shuttle
Pastime Restaurant offers their shuttle service for LSU homes games for $12. The first shuttle begins 3 hours before the kickoff and drops passengers off at the corner of Nicholson & Skip Bertman Drive. The pick-up after the game will be at Mike's Cage with the last bus heading back to Pastime no later than 30 minutes after the final gun.

The contest is honor of the LSU Museum of Art's holiday toy display Trains, Planes and Automobiles.

Carol Creel: Defining Realism at the Kress Gallery
Carol Creel is an artist, a photographer, and a teacher. The New Orleans native started painting watercolors in 1980 and has recently broadened her horizons to oil. Her skills have been cultivated through academic training, natural talent, and ingenuity. She attended the University of New Orleans, Louisiana State University, and Baton Rouge Academy of Fine Arts. Carol's work has been exhibited across the U.S. and Europe. She is a member of the Baton Rouge Art League, the New Orleans Art Association, the League of Pen Women, and the Louisiana Watercolor Society. You can see her work at the Kress Gallery through December 31.

Keys 2 the City at the Belle
The FREE Belle of Baton Rouge Concert Series continues this week with KEYS 2 THE CITY. KEYS 2 the CITY is the Gulf Coast's only portable "dueling piano" trio featuring Scott Morlock and Thom Oglesby on pianos with David White on drums. Free Concert Fridays at the Belle has some of Louisiana's hottest Friday night music in the Atrium.

Art After Hours: 50 Years of Collecting
Continue the celebration of LASM's 50 years at this informal, early evening event. LASM Curator Elizabeth Weinstein will walk visitors through the current exhibition of art and artifacts from the museum's collection. She will relay some of the unique stories these objects represent and discuss the history of museum collecting. Enjoy complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres with admission: members and students with ID are FREE, non-members $7.

Laptop Orchestra of Louisiana
The Laptop Orchestra of Louisiana brings their unique blend of technical wizardry, cool visuals, and musical experiments to the Manship Theatre. The LOLs return to Manship with new compositions, a few "classics" and a surprise or two. The performance will include music by Ge Wang, Ted Coffey, John Gibson, Jesse Allison, and John Cage.

Brantley Gilbert is hittin' the road for his first headlining tour. Gilbert's 2010 album, Halfway To Heaven spawned the hit single, "Country Must Be Country Wide", which instantly helped catapult the Georgia-born star to the top of the charts. Between his soulful down South sound and his electric stage presence, the Hell On Wheels Tour is bound to be one for the books. The River Center will be rocking when Brantley Gilbert comes to town this Friday!
