Chris Leblanc at Live After Five
The Capital City's premier live music event continues this Friday. Each Spring and Fall, visitors and locals take in the sights and sounds of downtown as musicians come together to perform a FREE concert in downtown Baton Rouge. This season is being held in the newly opened Repentance Park. Chris Leblanc and Friends will be the featured artist at this week's event.

Sunday in the Park
The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge announces the return of its Sunday in the Park concert series which takes place on Sundays from noon to 3PM in North Boulevard Town Square. The FREE concerts will run through April and May. Appearing this Sunday will be roots rock artist Moreland & Arbuckle.

Velo Louisiane Bicycle Festival
The 4th Annual Velo Louisiane Bicycle Festival highlights safe and fun bike riding for all ages and abilities, plus music, food, art, bike displays and lots of cycling information booths. They will have children's activities starting at 3:00pm. Fun riding plus off-bike events, bike decorating, and a fun, noncompetitive kids' road ride. One of the main festival events will be the first Bike Baton Rouge Bicycling Ambassador Award ceremony at 4:30pm.

Bike to Work Week
Baton Rouge's Bike to Work week kicks off on Monday, April 15th and runs through Friday the 19th. Group rides will take place every morning at 7am and riders will receive free Bike to Work week items, participate in a Bike Raffle, and be eligible for food specials throughout the week at participating restaurants. Every day during that week, FREE coffee and t-shirts will be available in Town Square to bike commuters in the morning. The week will culminate with a bike ride on Friday at 5PM to Live After Five in Repentance Park. Visit the website below for more information and a calendar of events.
