Re: No July DDD Commission Meeting

As a reminder. the DDD will not be holding a July Commission Meeting. The next DDD Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, 8:00 a.m. in the River Center, 275 S River Road. Please mark your calendars to attend this important meeting.
During the month of July the office is releasing the following information for your perusal:

1) Mid-Year Development Update

2) New downtown print collateral materials including:
• Visitor's Information Guide with information on downtown merchants, attractions, festivals, and restaurants.
• Guide for Downtown Businesses
• Guide for Downtown Residents

3) Downtown Development Toolkit
• Demographic and statistical information for downtown
• Available State/local incentives for businesses and developers
• Site plan review and zoning requirements
• Important contacts
