LSU Storytelling Festival at LSUMOA
The LSU school of library and information science will hold its fifth annual storytelling festival on Saturday, July 12, at the LSU museum of art's Bert & Sue Turner gallery located on the 3rd floor of Shaw center for the arts, located at 100 Lafayette street. The FREE event will begin at 11AM, with an open mic to follow at 1PM

Explore the dynamic world of chemistry in hands-on Kids' Lab workshops for children ages 6-12 and a parent or caregiver. One adult caregiver is required for every four children, and participants must sign in at least 20 minutes before the workshop.

Miss Trudy's Traveling Trunk Show at LASM
Kids will be eager to join Miss Trudy every Saturday for stories, songs, and games sprinkled with humor and fun! They'll meet her special puppet friends, Sheldon the Sheepdog and Frederick the Mouse and learn about the seasons of the year and all the surprises found in Miss Trudy's Trunk. This program is FREE for LASM members and is included in the price of a general admission ticket for nonmembers.
