Live After Five continues this week with After 8 including the LSU Jazz Ensemble! Come down to the Crest at North Boulevard Town Square this Friday afternoon. Invite the friends and family to enjoy good food, live music, beverages, and a spectacular performance!

Hollydays at the River Center
Hollydays is four days of unique holiday shopping, fashions, food, entertainment and special events showcasing all of their community programs and mission-based initiatives. Presented by the volunteers of The Junior League of Baton Rouge, Inc. More than 70,000 square feet of space adorned with festive holiday decorations at the Baton Rouge River Center, located downtown across from the historic Mississippi River.

Ray Wylie Hubbard at Manship
Ray Wylie Hubbard has been a Texas music legend since bursting on the scene in the 70's with his song "Up Against the Wall Redneck Mother". His stellar career includes his recent "Snake Farm", "Cooler n Hell" and "Screw You, We're From Texas". Ray's live shows are the stuff of legend as well! The Red Dragon Songwriter Series with Ray Wille Hubbard will be opened by one of Baton Rouge's most fun bands, The Cupcake Strippers.

Sunday in the Park with Mulligan Brothers
The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and 225 Magazine announce the return of the Sunday in the Park concert series for Fall 2014. Sunday in the Park is a series of FREE outdoor concerts held on North Boulevard's Town Lawn Stage in downtown Baton Rouge. Six concerts will be held on Sunday afternoons in October and November from 2PM to 5PM (Saints Football game will be shown on the Town Square Beacon.)

Fall Festivities at the Market
Enjoy the beautiful fall weather this Saturday morning at the Red Stick Farmers Market. Fall pumpkins, greens, corn, peas and green beans will be available from local farmers as well as locally prepared foods for football parties. Pick up planting tips from the East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners and shop with local artisans as the Baton Rouge Arts Market returns this Saturday.

The Ghostly Gala is 10/31 Consortium's corresponding masquerade ball to the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade. The event is primarily for 10/31 Consortium members and parading krewes, however the general public is also welcome to purchase non-member tickets. Guests will enjoy music, dancing, costume contest, table decorating contest, food catered by Ruffino's, an open bar, and much more!

After much demand, that little caterpillar is returning, along with an assortment of favorite puppet characters. The triple-bill includes the wonderful story of the very hungry caterpillar's metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly; the fanciful account of little cloud's travels through the sky, and the mixed_up chameleon's discovery of his own unique nature. The whimsical tales have enchanted several generations, and mermaid theater of Nova Scotia's acclaimed stage adaptation teaches as well as entertains.
